Pwnagotchi

Before this, my Raspberry Pi's whole job was running Pi-hole as a DNS sinkhole — solid, but not exactly exciting. Then I discovered Pwnagotchi, and that curiosity turned into my first real hardware build. I picked up a TS-100 soldering iron, hand-soldered on the GPIO header, and ordered an e-ink display to bring it to life. From there I pushed the configuration past the stock setup, tuned it, and named it Peekachu.

It's the project that pulled me into cybersecurity in the first place — so it'll always hold a special place here.

Flashing & Setup

Pwnagotchi ships as a pre-built image — write it to a microSD card with Raspberry Pi Imager (or balenaEtcher), pop it in, and boot. Mine runs the actively maintained jayofelony fork — the original evilsocket project has gone quiet, so this is the one to grab.
